Ukraine’s agriculture losses from Russian invasion top $4.3-bln: study
KYIV, June 15 – The total amount of losses caused to Ukraine's agricultural industry as a result of Russia's full-scale invasion has already amounted to $4.3 billion, while the country suffered the largest losses due to damage to farmland and the inability to harvest in war zones – $2.14 billion.

Russia destroys 30% of Ukraine’s solar power capacity
KYIV, June 15 – Russian aggressors destroyed or disabled 30% of Ukraine’s solar power capacity and more than 90% of wind farms in Ukraine, Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko said at a meeting of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Governing Board on Wednesday.
Russian aggressors put out of action more than 50% of thermal capacities, 30% of solar and more than 90% of wind generation," he said.

S. Korean firm Caris to build $60-mln plastic road safety fences plant
KYIV, June 15 – The South Korean company Caris plans to build a plant in Ukraine for manufacturing of road safety fences from recycled plastic worth more than $60 million, considering the Stryi district of Lviv region as a site, according to the website of the city council of Stryi.

Ministry requests UAH 100-mln payment to help Skhidny Ore Mining Plant
KYIV, June 15 – The Ministry of Energy will ask the Ministry of Finance to speed up the process of allocating part of the funds in the amount of UAH 100 million to solve urgent problems of paying salaries to employees of the state-owned enterprise Skhidny Ore Mining and Processing Plant, the Ministry of Energy said on Facebook on Monday evening.

Prosecutors intercept $6-mln bribe aimed at stopping Zlochevskiy investigation
KYIV, June 15 – A bribe to the top officials of anti-corruption bodies was offered for the closure of a criminal proceeding where former ecology minister Mykola Zlochevsky was suspected of embezzlement, which would have allowed him to return to Ukraine, Director of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Artem Sytnyk has said.
