Class-B office rent rates unchanged at $55-60 per square meter

KIEV, Oct. 15 – Rent rates for class B offices in July to September 2008 remained practically unchanged at $55-60 per square meter a month due to the liquidity crisis.

"The almost full halt in the crediting of individuals and the partial halt to crediting legal entities stabilized the level of rent rates for commercial real estate in Kiev. In particular, rent rates were practically unchanged in class B business centers, at $55-60 per square meter a month," according to Kiev-based TIKO-Construction.
