Britain’s oil and gas company Cadogan wins ruling in Kharkiv court

KIEV, Aug. 14 – A Kharkiv Court on Wednesday ruled in favor of British oil and gas company Cadogan, allowing it to appeal a June ruling by Poltava Region Commercial Court on the Pirkovske drilling license and suspending an earlier ruling, pending the hearing of the appeal.
