KIEV, Aug. 14 – A Kharkiv Court on Wednesday ruled in favor of British oil and gas company Cadogan, allowing it to appeal a June ruling by Poltava Region Commercial Court on the Pirkovske drilling license and suspending an earlier ruling, pending the hearing of the appeal.
As stated in a company announcement dated Aug. 4, the Kharkiv Appeals Administrative Court will also decide whether to allow Cadogan to appeal against a Poltava Region Commercial Court's ruling on the Zahorianske drilling license on August 20.
