Ukraine to draft by end-March terms for gas pipeline tender

KYIV, March 16 – Ukraine in the second half of March will draft conditions of a tender to select a partner to manage the gas transport system (GTS) of the country, which will be presented to the government, Deputy Prime Minister Volodymyr Kistion said.

Fitch downgrades DTEK ratings, citing imminent default danger

KIEV, March 17 - Fitch Ratings announced it has downgraded Ukraine-based DTEK Energy B.V.'s (DTEK) Long-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDR) to 'C' from 'CCC.'
