Bakhmatiuk denies reports he owes UAH 29.3-bln in loans to NBU
KYIV, Nov 18 – The information about the debt of the owner of agricultural holdings UkrLandFarming and Avangard, Oleh Bakhmatiuk, in the amount of UAH 29.3 billion to the state is not true and it is manipulation, Bakhmatiuk has told Interfax-Ukraine and proposed to attract international advisors for independent assessment and developing joint solutions to settle the debt. |
Gazprom offers Ukraine to sign 1-year European gas transit agreement

Poroshenko’s investment firm to sell Kuznya on Rybalsky to Tigipko’s group

Kharkiv Tractor Plant may undergo $3-bln modernization project
KYIV, Nov 16 – The project of modernization of the Kharkiv Tractor Plant, investment in which could be around $2-3 billion, foresees the creation of a multifunctional ecosystem for business on its basis, which will include a potent industrial park, a complex with research, technological and technical base for implementation of innovative projects (a technological park) and other facilities, including logistic, training and research centers, the plant has reported on its website. |
EBRD may lend €40 million to Volyn region wood panel manufacturer
KIEV, Nov. 16 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development could provide a loan of up to EUR 40 million to Kronospan UA LLC, a wood-based panel manufacturer (Novovolynsk, Volyn region) via Kronospan Holdings East Limited (Cyprus), part of Kronospan Group, to finance its capital expenditure. |
