Kiev business court rejects UkrGaz-Energo claim to stored natgas

KIEV, July 17 – The business court of Kiev has denied claims of private joint-stock company UkrGaz-Energo to 3.993 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas in Ukrtransgaz underground gas storage facilities.

The decision is stipulated in court ruling of July 7, a copy of which has been sent to Interfax-Ukraine.


Poshtova Square renovation work will limit traffic, says Azarov

KIEV, July 17 – The reconstruction of Poshtova Square in Kiev will be conducted with traffic limited to a minimum, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said.

"We set a task for builders and designers to restrict traffic to a minimum," Azarov reported on Tuesday while visiting the Desnianska water station of PJSC Kyivvodokanal," the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
