Ukrhydroenergo to sign EUR400 million loan deal with EBRD and EIB
VYSHGOROD, Kiev region, Dec. 17 – Ukrhydroenergo expects to sign a loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank worth EUR 400 million in March 2011, according to Semen Potashnyk, the chairman of Ukrhydroenergo's board. |
Stirol Concern to reach 100% capacity next year, says Firtash
KIEV, Dec. 17 – OSJC Stirol Concern (Horlivka, Donetsk region) is to start operating at 100% capacity by late 2011, according to Dmytro Firtash, the owner of Group DF.
"I think that by the end of next year the plant will be operating at 100%," he said in Kiev. |
OPIC restarts Ukraine programs after settling investment dispute
KIEV, Dec. 17 - The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC, the United States) has restarted its programs in Ukraine, according to the corporation.
This became possible due to the signing on December 16 of an agreement settling a dispute around an investment claim, the insurance of which was paid by the corporation. |
