Sunflower oil maker Kernel Holding reports zero dividend
KIEV, Dec. 20 - Kernel Holding S.A., the holding company of the largest Ukrainian sunflower oil producer Kernel Group, has declared a dividend at nil for the financial year ended June 30, 2011, reads a company report on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) issued on Monday. |
EBA issues concerns over land market draft law in Ukraine

NATO extends contract to lease An-124-100 Ruslan transport aircraft
KIEV, Dec. 21 – NATO has extended a contract to lease Ukrainian and Russian An-124-100 Ruslan heavy transport aircraft with a carrying capacity of 120 tons under the NATO's Strategic Airlift Interim Solution (SALIS) for the use of 18 countries of the alliance and the European Union. |
Cabinet approves agreement resuming nuclear deal with Westinghouse
KIEV, Dec. 21 – The Ukrainian cabinet has approved a draft agreement in the form of an exchange of notes between the Ukrainian and U.S. governments on the resumption of the agreement under the Ukraine Nuclear Westinghouse Fuel Qualification Project of June 5, 2000.
The decision is stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 2256-r of December 15, 2010. |
Ukraine places $500 million eurobond issue, this year’s second
KIEV, Dec. 21 - Ukraine has placed another $500 million in eurobonds, its second placement of sovereign eurobonds this year, Credit Suisse Group AG, the issue organizer, said.
The eurobonds were placed at 6.7% and mature on December 21, 2011, according to the terms published by the Ukrainian government on Monday. |
