Ukraine, bondholder agree on terms of $20-bln foreign debt restructuring
KYIV, July 22 – The agreement in principle between Ukraine and the committee of holders of its bonds, totaling around $20 billion, include the replacement of 40% of their total amount and accrued interest with four issues of eurobonds (A Bonds) maturing in 2029-2036 and 23% – with four issues of contingent bonds (B Bonds) maturing in 2030-2036, part of which will be issued only upon achieving the necessary GDP level in 2028.

Interpipe begins European exports by road and rail as logistics costs rise

Rada seeks to restrict size of farmland plot that can be bought on market
KYIV, July 22 – The Verkhovna Rada is proposed to reduce the largest possible area of land plots allowed for purchase by citizens of Ukraine and legal entities from January 1, 2024 from 10,000 hectares to 500 hectares, and also introduce a number of restrictions to prevent the concentration of land in one hand.

Nibulon plans to boost grain exports to 6-mln mt in 2020-2021
KYIV, July 21 – Nibulon (Mykolaiv), one of the largest grain traders in Ukraine, by the end of the 2020/2021 marketing year (MY, July-June) intends to export up to 6 million tons of grain against 4.9 million tons in the 2019/2020 MY, the company said.
