Ship loaded with U.S. coal arrives in Ukraine to ease energy crisis
KYIV, Nov 22 – The first of seven ships contracted by DTEK with 60,500 tons of coal has arrived in Ukraine, DTEK Energy has reported.
"The Panamax-class vessel docked at the Pivdenny port and is intended for the needs of state-owned thermal power plants of Centrenergo. The volume of the first delivery amounted to 60,500 tons," DTEK Energy said on its website on Saturday evening.

TIU Canada sues Nikopol Ferroalloy in solar power dispute
KYIV, Nov 19 – TIU Canada, an investor in the field of solar energy, owned by Refraction Asset Management (Calgary, Canada), has filed a lawsuit against Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant (NFP) due to the disconnection of its 10.5 MW solar power plant (SPP) from the power grid in March 2020 of the year.

Naftogaz asking govt for access to new oil, gas fields
KYIV, Nov 19 – The Expert Council of the Exploration and Production Division of the Naftogaz Group wrote to the government about the need to provide the company with access to geological exploration of large promising oil and gas areas in Ukraine, including the Black Sea shelf and Yuzivska field.
