Nestle to invest UAH36 million in Lviv Svitoch factory this year

KIEV, July 23 – Swiss-based Nestle, one of the world's largest food producers, plans in 2013 to invest UAH 36 million in its Lviv-based Svitoch confectionery factory.

KIEV, July 23 – Italian Group Intesa Sanpaolo has put Ukrainian-based Pravex-Bank up for sale, Kommersant-Ukraine newspaper reported.

The group acquired the bank from the family of Kiev ex-mayor Leonid Chernovetsky for EUR 493 million in July 2008.

Ukrainian electricity exports down to less than half last year

KIEV, July 21 – Ukraine cut electricity exports by more than half, or 2.201 billion kWh, in H1 year-over-year, to 1.478 billion kWh, the Fuel and Energy
