KYIV, Sept 23 - President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a decree on urgent measures to stabilize the situation in the energy sector and further develop nuclear energy, the press service of the President's Office said.

The decree comes into force on the day of its publication.

According to the document, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within two months must submit for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada draft laws on the placement, design and construction of power units No. 3 and No. 4 of Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant.
