KIEV, July 22 – Standard & Poor's in its Capital IQ quarterly survey for May-June has placed Ukraine seventh in the ranking of the riskiest countries in the world, whereas in the previous study the country ranked sixth (the lower position in the rating assumes a lower probability of default relative to the other countries analyzed).


Government readying incentive discounts for low-cost airlines

DONETSK, July 22 – The Infrastructure Ministry is ready to introduce incentive programs envisaging significant discounts for international low-cost airlines that want to work at Ukrainian airports, First Deputy Infrastructure Minister Kostiantyn Yefymenko said.


Quota commission allocates 800,000 tons of coal to cement producers

KIEV, July 23 – The interdepartmental commission on distributing quotas on goods whose import is subject to licensing in 2013 has decided to allocate quotas on imported coal of 800,000 tons to cement producers.
