We will sue in Stockholm if Gazprom talks fail, says Naftogaz chief
KIEV, June 24 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny still believes that the conditions of the gas transit contract of 2009 signed with Russia's Gazprom are discriminatory and the company will continue achieving its revision via negotiations, but if the talks are a failure, the company will file a claim at the Stockholm arbitration institution, Naftogaz Ukrayiny Chairman Andriy Kobolev said. |
Wind Farms of Ukraine group builds Luhansk region power plant
KIEV, June 21 - The Wind Farms of Ukraine group of companies has built a first phase of the Krasnodon wind power plant in Krasnodon district of Luhansk region with two FL 2500-100 wind turbines, which total capacity is 5 MW, a representative of the group said at a meeting of the National Commission for Energy Regulation (NCER) in Kiev. |
