Government allocates UAH52.7 million to pay state coal wage arrears

Russia's A1 Investment Company buying 24% stake in Regal Petroleum

KIEV, Sept. 23 – A1 Investment Company (Russia, part of Alfa Group) announced it is buying a 24.43% stake in Regal Petroleum plc, a British oil and gas company with assets in Ukraine.
