Bond holders hire Cleary Gottlieb for advice on Ukraine debt restructuring

KYIV, July 31 – A group of holders of over 25% of Ukraine's publicly traded GDP warrants has hired Cleary Gottlieb Steen&Hamilton LLP (CGSH), in particular, to find other holders and their opinion on Ukraine's stated intention to restructure them again.


UGA lowers estimate of Ukraine’s grain, oilseed crop to 71.8-mln mt in 2024

U.S. Frontera Resources warns of lawsuit after winning hydrocarbon exploration tender

KYIV, July 31 – The U.S. Frontera Resources Company with headquarters in Houston, Texas, acting as a bidder in the tender for hydrocarbon exploration under a production-sharing agreement (PSA) within the Dolphin Block of the Black Sea's continental shelf, said would prepare a court claim in case if the tender results to be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, reads a press release from the company.
