UAH17.2 billion has left bank deposits this year, says NBU governor

KIEV, March 2 – The outflow of funds from banking deposits has totaled UAH 17.2 billion since early 2015, National Bank of Ukraine Governor Valeriya Gontareva said.

KIEV, March 1 – Ukraine stopped commercial supplies of electricity from the Burshtyn Energy Island to Europe on March 1, Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Prodan announced on Monday.

"The ministry did not receive bids from exporters and, of course, we face a shortage of coal," he said.
