KIEV, June 1 – Kiev Economic Court has ordered the return to state ownership of a 90.25% stake in Black Sea Shipyard (Mykolaiv).
The press service of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office reported on Monday that the Prosecutor General's Office had established that there were irregularities during the privatization of the stake in the shipyard.
