Arcelor Mittal denies reports it closed Ukraine steel operation

KIEV, Nov. 3 - Arcelor Mittal, the world’s biggest producer of steel, on Monday denied media reports that it had shut down completely its steel-making operation in Ukraine, admitting steel output had been “significantly” reduced.
