Ukraine steps up imports of natural gas in July to build up winter reserves
KYIV, July 2 – Since July 1, Ukraine has significantly increased the import of natural gas into the country, which made it possible to increase the volume of its injection into underground gas storage (UGS) facilities, Head of Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC (OGTSU) Serhiy Makogon has said on his Facebook page.

Ukraine-Belarus trade shrinks 22.8% due to coronavirus pandemic
KYIV, July 3 – The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic seriously affected the trade between Ukraine and Belarus, and in the first five months of this year, trade between the countries amounted to $1.675 billion, a decrease of 22.8% compared to the same period last year, Belarussian Ambassador to Ukraine Igor Sokol has said.

Japan to provide $4.2-mln to Ukraine to rebuild war-torn eastern regions
KYIV, July 2 - The Japanese government will provide Ukraine with $4.2 million in 2020 by funding five projects that will be implemented by UN agencies in Ukraine and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to meet humanitarian needs, support vulnerable populations and rebuild eastern Ukraine and emergency care health system of Ukraine for military personnel.

ILO launches 5-year labor management project in Ukraine
KYIV, July 3 – The International Labor Organization (ILO), with the support of the Government of Denmark and the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, is launching a five-year project to improve the management of the labor market titled "Inclusive labor market for jobs in Ukraine." |
