Government reports increase in Ukraine December inflation rate

KIEV, Jan. 6 – Inflation in Ukraine rose to 0.8% in December, compared to 0.3% in November and 0.5% in October, the State Statistics Committee reported on Thursday.

On the whole, Ukraine's inflation in 2010 totaled 9.1%, compared to 12.3% in 2009.


NBU reports gross international reserve increase of 45.9% for 2007

KIEV, Jan. 9 - The gross international reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine grew by 45.9% or by $10.21 billion in 2007, to $32.46 billion, the NBU reported.


Metinvest Holding Ltd. signs contract to supply Zaporizhstal mill
