Ukraine’s winter grain crops weak after lack of moisture in soil in south

KYIV, May 10 – A slight decrease in harvest winter crops is possible due to a lack of moisture in soil in southern regions of Ukraine, Head of the agrometeorological department of the Ukrainian weather center Tetiana Adamenko told Interfax-Ukraine.


Ukraine's international reserves reported up 13.57% in April

KIEV, May 5 - Ukraine's international reserves as of the beginning of May amounted to $17.175 billion (in equivalent), which is 13.57% more than a month earlier, according to the relevant preliminary data posted on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).

US commerce department retains dumping duty on silicomaganese

KIEV, May 10 – The U.S. Department of Commerce during the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on silicomanganese imported from Ukraine has preliminarily found that subject merchandise has been sold in the United States at prices below normal value and the 163% duty is kept.
