Goldman Sachs sees NBU’s refinancing rate at 15.5% by year-end

KYIV, June 7 – Goldman Sachs, after an unexpected decision of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) this week to keep the refinancing rate at 17.5% per annum, has adjusted its forecast for the rate for the end of this year to 15.5%, whereas earlier it expected its more rapid decline to 14% per annum.
