Ukraine BTR-7 armored vehicle passes test at United Arab Emirates site

KIEV, Dec. 12 – Ukraine's BTR-7 armored vehicle developed and produced at Mykolaiv Mechanical and Repair Plant has successfully passed the tests at the sites of the United Arab Emirates as a part of the participation in the tender to supply 600 new armored personnel carriers for the UAE's army.


Foreign investment projects to be low next year, says EBRD official

USDA reduces Ukraine 2011-2012 wheat export forecast by 12.5%

KIEV, Dec. 12 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has reduced its wheat export forecast for Ukraine in the 2011-2012 agricultural year (July 2011-June 2012) by 12.5%, from eight million tons to seven million tons, the USDA said on its website.
