Natgas deal with Russia likely before heating season, says official

KIEV, March 13 - Ukraine and Russia are likely to reach an agreement on lower natural gas prices before the high demand season begins on October 15, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytskiy said Wednesday.
