PM says Ukraine is ready for gas corridor with Hungary and Croatia

KIEV, June 13 -Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has stated Ukraine is ready to take part in the formation of a "gas corridor" with Hungary and Croatia.


Coking plant coal imports reported at 4.3 million tons through May 31

DNIPRO, June 15 - Coking plants in Ukraine imported 4.3 million tons of coking coal and coal concentrate in January-May, which is 17% or 900,000 tons down from a year ago.


Oschadbank given seven more years to pay $1.3 billion in debt

EBRD decides to allocate $110 million to Galnaftogaz Concern

KIEV, June 14 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has decided to allocate up to $110 million in a loan package to Lviv-based fuel distributor Galnaftogaz Concern, which includes both debt financing and equity investment, under a two-year $210 million program for the concern's development.

EBRD Principal Advisor in Ukraine Anton Usov said the project was approved by the EBRD's board of directors on Tuesday.
