Gazprom ups gas supplies to occupied regions of Donetsk, Luhansk Journal Staff Report
Gazprom supplied 2.75 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas to the occupided regions of Donetsk and Luhansk in 2019 against 2.74 billion cubic meters in 2018, the Russian company said in a report. Gazprom started supplying gas to Luhansk and Donetsk regions through the gas measurement stations Prokhorovka and Platovo on the Russian border in February 2015, after supplies through Naftogaz Ukrayiny stopped over "numerous damages to the gas transportation infrastructure." A total of 12 billion cubic meters has now been supplied.
