Wealthy businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky has sent a letter of intent to buy bank Credit Dnipro (Kyiv) to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), First Deputy NBU Governor Kateryna Rozhkova has said. "Mr. Yaroslavsky filed a letter of intent early December. But we have not yet received documents for the approval of a substantial participation in the bank," she said in an interview with FINCLUB new agency.
