All nine nuclear power units of the Rivne, Khmelnytsky and Pivdennoukrainsk nuclear power plants available to Ukraine will be in operation by the beginning of winter after undergoing a repair campaign, Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko said. "The key thing that we are focusing on is that by next winter all nine units will be in the system," he said.
