From January 30, Ukrainians will be able to exchange five old incandescent lamps for the same number of energy-saving LED bulbs, the exchange program is an important step towards reducing the load on the energy system of Ukraine, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko said.
