The russians blackmailed the world with the Chornobyl nuclear power plant, and now with Europe's largest Zaporizhia nuclear power plant. On Monday, they shelled the territory of the Pivdennoukrainska NPP. We appeal to the civilized world to unite around this problem and demilitarize the ZNPP from russian troops," he said.
