In January-July this year, Ukrainian metallurgical enterprises reduced the production of general rolled products, according to operational data, by 62.7% compared to the same period last year, to 4.229 million tons. As reported in the information of the Ukrmetallurgprom association on Tuesday, in January-July 2022, steel production fell by 62.1%, to 4.820 million tons, cast iron – by 61.9%, to 4.815 million tons. In 2021, 21.165 million tons of cast iron were produced (103.6% compared to 2020), 21.366 million tons of steel (103.6%), 19.079 million tons of rolled products (103.5%).
