The Ministry of Finance has converted into dollars and euros SDR1 billion (SDR - Special Drawing Rights) from SDR1.9 billion received in August under the new allocation of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), to repay eurobonds issued five years ago under U.S. guarantees for $ 1 billion on September 29, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko has said.
