Russia imposes restriction on fights in Black Sea due to naval exercises Journal Staff Report
Russia has imposed temporary restrictions on flights over part of Crimea and the Black Sea, as follows from an international notice to airmen (NOTAM) it issued. The document restricts flights at altitudes of up to 19,000 meters in airspace over the southern part of Crimea from Sevastopol to Feodosia, the territorial waters adjacent to the Southern Coast of Crimea, and part of the Black Sea's international waters.
