Twelve cities of Ukraine received 400 new trolleybuses financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) under the Ukraine Public Transport Framework. "Under the agreement, the municipalities of Dnipro, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Kremenchuk, Kryvy Rih, Lviv, Mariupol, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava and Zhytomyr were able to renew almost their entire trolleybus fleets," the bank said.
