Energy Ministry played key role in helping to restart DTEK’s coal mines Journal Staff Report
The Energy Ministry played a key role in helping to negotiate an agreement between the country’s largest coal producer DTEK and Centerenergo power generator that has led to restarting of five coal mines that were closed for three months. "The Energy Ministry did the utmost within its powers to resume work of Ukrainian coalminers,” Olha Buslavets, acting energy minister, said in a statement.
