Ukraine in 2020, amid the resignation of former governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Yakiv Smolii due to political pressure, will at best receive another tranche from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) if the country returns to the path of reform, Dragon Capital CEO Tomas Fiala has said.
