Ukraine places $2-bln 2033 Eurobond yielding 7.253%: Finance Ministry
KYIV, July 30 – On 30 July, Ukraine announced the successful settlement of its new $2 billion 7.253% eurobond due 2033 (the Notes), as well as the completion of the switch tender offer in relation to its outstanding U.S. dollar-denominated 7.75% senior notes due 2021 and U.S. dollar-denominated 7.75% senior notes due 2022.

UIA reports $60-mln in losses due to coronavirus shutdown
KYIV, July 30 – Ukraine International Airlines saw $60 million in losses due to the temporary suspension of its activities during lockdown and has to gradually lay off 900 employees, the UIA press service has told Interfax-Ukraine.

KYIV, July 30 – The Investytsiyna Kredytna Ustanova LLC (Investment Deposit-Taking Institution) affiliated to Kyiv citizen Oleksandr Zinovyev is going to buy a Ukrainian subsidiary of Russia's VEB, Prominvestbank (PIB), put up for sale pursuant to an international arbitration award on the Crimean assets lawsuit filed by companies associated with the ex-owners of PrivatBank. |
