Defense Ministry launches app for military personnel, conscripts, reservists

KYIV, May 17 – The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine said it is launching the Reserve+ mobile application for military personnel, conscripts and reservists, which will be available for download on smartphones through the App Store and Google Play Market from May 18.

Ukraine may face power shortages through end of summer

Iranian President killed in helicopter crash

Ukraine allocates UAH 1.5-bln to repair two major thermal power plants

KYIV, May 17 – The Cabinet of Ministers has allocated UAH 1.5 billion for the restoration of the Zmiyivska Thermal Power Plant (TPP) in Kharkiv region and the Trypilska Thermal Power Plant in Kyiv region, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.

Ukraine halts Russian advance in Vovchansk

Ukrtruboprom increases pipe production 12.6% on year in January-March

KYIV, May 16 – Enterprises of the Ukrtruboprom association increased pipe production by 12.6% in January-March of the current year compared to the same period last year, reaching 142,500 tons.

According to the association's data released on Tuesday, in January 2024, 52,500 tons of pipe products were produced (174.4% compared to January 2023), in February – 41,400 tons (105.1% compared to February 2023), and in March – 48,600 tons (85.1% compared to March 2023).
