Ukraines spending on army up 41.6% on month to UAH 87.8-bln in August

Ukraine transfers Russia-owned bank assets to National Investment Fund

Russia strikes near Ukrainian nuclear plant

KYIV, Sept 19 - A Russian missile blasted a crater close to a nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine on Monday, damaging nearby industrial equipment but not hitting its three reactors. Ukrainian authorities denounced the move as an act of nuclear terrorism.
