KIEV, Dec. 25 – The National Electricity Regulatory Commission has retained the price of natural gas extracted by Naftogaz-Ukraine affiliates UkrNafta, UkrgazVydobuvannia, and the ChornomorNaftogaz state company for 2010.

The price of gas extracted by UkrNafta will be UAH 199.2 per thousand cubic meters, for Ukrgazvydobuvannia it will be UAH 196 per thousand cubic meters and for Chornomornaftogaz it will be UAH 289 (VAT not included). These price levels are at a mere 10-20% of world market prices for gas.
