KIEV, Dec. 18 – The International Monetary Fund and Ukrainian authorities are continuing to discuss the terms required for the allocation of the next tranche to Ukraine under the Stand-By Arrangement, said Caroline Atkinson, director of the IMF External Relations Department.

"We've been making the point that there is quite a lot of broad understanding of what needs to be done. It's important that both branches of the executive work together to resolve Ukraine's issues," she said while answering questions from journalists during a regular biweekly press briefing in Washington.
