KIEV, Dec. 15 – OJSC Komsomolets Donbasu mine (Kirovske, Donetsk region), part of DTEK Energy Company, has signed an agreement on the sale of 300,000 Emission Reduction Units (ERU) to ING Bank N.V. (the Netherlands) under the Kyoto protocol’s Joint Implementation scheme.

DTEK press says that in addition, ING has obtained the right to the preemptive purchase of an extra 200,000 ERUs.
