KIEV, Nov. 4 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny admitted on Wednesday it is having “difficulties” in arranging payment for October Russian natural gas imports, an admission that comes three days before the deadline for the payment.

Naftogaz is due to pay $470 million to Russian gas giant Gazprom before November 7 for imports of 2.4 billion cubic meters of gas in October, according to the office of President Viktor Yushchenko.
