KIEV, Oct. 6 – Ukrtransnafta, the Ukrainian state oil pipeline operator, has accused Russia's LUKOIL, the owner of Odessa oil refinery and Russia's Transneft, the oil pipeline monopoly, in the blocking of oil refining at Odessa oil refinery.
"I'm sure that the real goal of Russian companies is to block Caspian oil supplies by sea to Kremenchuk oil refinery using the "problems" at Odessa oil refinery as a cover, so continuing the two-year oil blockage of the company," reads a statement of Ukrtransnafta's head, Oleksandr Lazorko.
