KIEV, Sept. 17 – Concerns have been growing on Thursday among the leading figures of Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko’s government that the next presidential election may get disrupted following an expected ruling by the Constitutional Court.
Oleksandr Turchynov, the first deputy prime minister and the closest Tymoshenko ally, that the court ruling and the approval of the 2010 budget before the end of the year are needed for the election go as planned.
