KIEV, Sept. 14 – The overall revenues of the national budget for 2010 are projected at UAH 284.8 billion, outlays at UAH 336.2 billion; the budget deficit is forecast at 3.97%, acting Finance Minister Ihor Umansky said at a special cabinet meeting on Saturday.

He said the revenues of the consolidated budget for 2010, including crediting, are to grow by almost 17%. The revenues of the national budget without transfers are to increase by almost 21%, to UAH 278.5 billion. The revenues of the budget's general fund alone are expected at UAH 212.7 billion.
