KIEV, Sept. 3 – The American Chamber of Commerce has said that imports of goods to Ukraine have been made more difficult due to the introduction of a new duty on services in waste packaging recycling by the Ukrainian government.

"Recent government decisions [on the introduction of a duty on waste packaging recycling] have complicated the importing of goods to Ukraine, and actually halted the work of the customs services for several days," reads a statement by the Chamber.
