KIEV, Aug. 12 – The initial price at auctions of oil, gas condensate, natural gas and coal should deviate by more than 5% from the average world prices for these raw materials over the 10 days before the start of an auction, according to the Economy Ministry.

According to changes proposed by the ministry, the initial price would be set by the sellers, taking into consideration the current international prices of these raw materials, in line with contract terms for supply and the quality of each oil, gas condensate, natural gas and coal consignment put up for auction.
